Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return or refund once opened or used.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
